Hormone diagnostics and therapy

Hormones are involved in the cell renewal process. If hormone production decreases, the ageing process is accelerated. By taking a detailed patient history and conducting a hormone analysis, I can treat specific symptoms or problems such as ageing skin, acne, dry eyes or bleeding gums with direct local (topical) hormone application.

In the case of symptoms such as hot flushes, insomnia, mild depression, loss of libido, menstrual disorders and osteoporosis, it may sometimes be necessary to administer hormones, temporarily and in the lowest possible doses. It is particularly important to use them responsibly, in order to minimise the much-discussed risk of cancer.
