Food intolerances
There are circumstances in which even a healthy diet can make you ill, namely if you are suffering from an undiagnosed food intolerance. Regular consumption of foods that the body cannot tolerate subjects the immune system to ongoing stress, which is often combined with "inexplicable" weight gain.
It is often difficult to diagnose food intolerance, since it can find expression in a variety of symptoms. They include all kinds of digestive disorders, migraines and headaches, rheumatic complaints, arthritis, acne, eczema, itching, psoriasis, exhaustion, chronic fatigue and depression.
Food intolerance does fundamental damage to intestinal function, which means that it is sensible to "rehabilitate" the intestine - to analyse and restore the intestinal flora - at the same time.
